Nice easy explanation. Pilots expect too much from software and don't spend enough money on training for themselves.

The certification process needs more work which would include deeper training as well... 

The explanation appears correct but if they disengaged the MACS system too late in an early crash why wasn't that info passed along to other pilots..?....
