Our answer:

Drawing it should be rather easy but you don't need to draw, job was done by others already. You can get a VECTORIAL PEACE SIGN at this website


No need to download anything. Just highlight the symbol, or ANY OTHER on that list, and copy/paste it wherever you want it, inserting it in any text, like in a MS Office file, a DWG file or a graphic file, using it a Arial Unicod text font. You can resize it without deforming it, it is a vectorial font.
See the example:

Insereted it as a 200 pixel sized Text in a grapghic page, using MS-Paint
By the way, this should work for any version of Windows and any OS using vectorial fonts so probably works for MAC an Linux too.
