In Micros0ft Word, in print view document looks formatted. When it is printed, it prints outside the margins. How do you correct the problem?

Check if PAPER SIZE specified for your printer is the same size of the paper actually you are usng. This problem is quite frequent when you are using the LETTER sized paper and printer is configured to the A4.default.
In this case, you should change the paper size using printer's options.
If you are using always the same size, (let's presume, Letter) you should change default paper size in your printer's options in Control Panel.
