Does anyone here do any knitting? I'm fairly new at it and enjoy sharing patterns.

Hi Connie

I have just taken up knitting after about 20 years or so.....used to do alot with my nannie.....not very good at it but luckily there is a book you can collect each week (here in England) which helps you along the way. I know a fair bit but unfortunately I don't have my nannie to help me out anymore as she passed away last year.

Not got any patterns as yet but feel free to share what you may have

I used to love knitting. My Mum taught me, but it was so hard because Mum was left handed and i was right handed, so all the things she tried to teach me appeared back to front ... lol

I haven't done any knitting since my kids grew up and i couldn't dictate what clothes they wore ... lol :P

I was however after a pattern for a coat for my little dog, seeing it gets so cold here in Tassie. If i see anything else associated with knitting i will post it here, it is a shame that it is fast becoming a dying art.
